Be careful with this company's billing policy
Tried the service out and got stuck in an annual billing situation. Didn't realize this and am now out nearly $600 and despite only using the service for 2 months, they won't refund the years of billing, not even the last year. Even though the most recent annual renewal I got stuck in has 10 months to go, they won't prorated anything.
