IT'S BEEN 42 DAYS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE
I've never left a review for any company before, but I can not believe how bad the customer service is! This is the slowest shipping process I've ever experienced. I placed my order on Oct. 10, 2015 and I have yet to receive my package, 42 days later. It said that the package has arrived in Canada since Oct. 29 but there has not been any new updates. I emailed Pinky paradise asking why the shipping took so long and I have yet to receive a reply. Will not order from this website ever again.
