Do yourself a favor....book with Icruise! I am a very seasoned cruiser; and until recently used several other companies. To be honest- the competition isn't terrible - but why not deal with the best!! Toni G. and her staff run a company that excels in customer service - and my research shows I get a great price but also an agent that knows what he/she is talking about! On my upcoming cruise my agent (Gus) immediately told me the room i wanted to book was a bad idea as it was directly below the pool and the noise could be bad? Instead he recommended a far superior cabin that he was able to get at the SAME price! My agent also knew all the right thing to add to our trip, and made the process easy- painless; and actually fun for a change. The communication i have received from this company is superior to anything I have witnessed so far! Do yourself a favor - call Icruise and get a great deal from a superior company!
