Not so great
After seeing other bad reviews I immediately regretted purchasing from Rosegal. I tried to cancel my order immediately but they informed me that the item had "already left the warehouse". Well surprise surprise, I still have not received my item after nearly 3 months and no reply from support. ***UPDATE*** I heard back from Rosegal and they gave me the option to either resend the item or a refund (in the form of store credit). I opted for the store credit, and considering the problems other people have had with clothing not looking like the pics, will buy some Christmas ornaments or jewellery... we'll see if this order arrives! Changed rating from 1 star to 2.
