Excellent customer service
I've been happy with most of the products I've bought. However, I had an issue with one particular pan. When I contacted customer services they couldn't do enough to rectify things. In terms of customer service, this company is second to none. It's just complete peace of mind. In terms of the actual kitchenware, I've been happy with all but one item. I would definitely buy from this company again
