nice dresses, awkward sizes
Really nice dresses and good quality - ordered for the first time and will definitely order again. Tailoring and delivery time is a bit slow (~1 month) but it is made to order and I knew that upfront and ordered with enough time. I returned some dresses also, and even though it is a bit of a cumbersome process, they do honour the refund once you've sent them the pictures and sent everything back. Delivery is at your own cost but they do have a UK hub for returns. Second order wasn't so great - they provided a dress with the wrong dimensions and are being really awkward about finding a solution. After this second experience, I won't be using them again.
