Assume that you can NOT return any shoes you buy
Shoes were super narrow and not a good fit at all. To return product you have to send pics, which I did. I took the shoes out of the box, tried ONE on, and realized they were way too tight. Photos I sent prove the shoes were in the same new condition I received them... and yet they REJECTED my return stating the shoe had been worn. Then they sent me an email with a phone number to a call center in India running some kind of free $100 coupon scam!! True story- I'm pasting the info directly from the email they sent me: Alexandria Customer Support - TallMenShoes Tel : 1-888-280-6881 (Toll Free for U.S. and Canada)
