Been a size 14 my whole life and shoe shopping usually sucks, half the styles I want just don't come in my size. found this site through a reddit thread of all places. ordered a pair of casual sneakers, showed up in like 4 days, box wasn't even beat up. tried them on expecting the usual "close but not quite" and they just... fit. no weird pinch at the toe like every other brand does to me. wore them to work the next day and my coworker asked where I got them lol. Emailed about a return policy question before ordering and got a real answer back same day, not some bot copy paste. gonna order the boots next.
These inserts work exactly as advertised. They don't work in all shoes but I didn't think they would anyway, and plus that is stated in the description. They work in 2 pairs of my dress shoes, my tennis shoes, and my motor cross riding boots.. definitely going to order a few more pairs. Another great benefit is my calves and quads get a little work out when I'm wearing them. Was going to order a pair or two of the 2.2" dress shoes, but they may be a little to much. Still may try one in the near future. If you are on the fence you need to try these inserts first. You feel the height difference and the change in your posture instantly.
Shoes were super narrow and not a good fit at all. To return product you have to send pics, which I did. I took the shoes out of the box, tried ONE on, and realized they were way too tight. Photos I sent prove the shoes were in the same new condition I received them... and yet they REJECTED my return stating the shoe had been worn. Then they sent me an email with a phone number to a call center in India running some kind of free $100 coupon scam!! True story- I'm pasting the info directly from the email they sent me:

Tallmenshoes. This is the second pair that I have had and the quality is very good.
However, they state that they are made in the USA and yet it clearly states that they are made in China and believe that they must be for the price compared to other suppliers.
Unfortunately, I live in Spain and have to pay the high delivery charges, so will only buy when there is an offer on.
Frustrated by hidden fees and unnecessary return friction
Be warned before buying from here: their return process involves significant friction.
The website does not feature a straightforward return button—I actually had to use live chat just to get a functioning return link. Once you finally get the link, the system requires you to take and upload photos of the shoes before you can even initiate the process.
To make matters worse, they apply a hidden $10 return label fee at the very end of the process. Charging a $10 fee to return a $40 shoe is a massive penalty, especially since predicting a proper fit is notoriously difficult with these specific styles of footwear.
I am highly disappointed by these hidden costs and the difficult return structure. I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
Quality of shoes are excellent. The return policy extremely fair and easy to navigate. This is my 5th pair and will continue to purchase. Haven’t used any of the competitors and won’t need to if this level of service continue
Poor Experience for UK Buyers – Expensive Exchange Process & Bad Support
I wanted to like these, but the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I paid £66 all-in (Order 990235957) for a pair of sandals, but they came up much tighter than expected and I ended up needing to size up.
Fair enough — fit can vary between brands, and I accepted that. The issue is what happened next.
To exchange for the correct size, I had to pay £25 to return the sandals to the USA, which already feels excessive for a straightforward size exchange. Then the parcel became stuck in customs, and it now appears I may need to pay another ~£16 in import/customs charges just to complete an exchange.
At this point, the costs and hassle feel unreasonable. Realistically, it would have been cheaper, easier, and less stressful to simply order another pair and sell the originals myself rather than use the official exchange process.
I contacted customer support for advice because I genuinely assumed the £25 courier fee for an international return covered the process. Instead of helpful guidance on resolving the customs issue, the response was essentially that the fees would need to be paid, without much practical help on what to actually do next.
So as a UK buyer, here’s the reality:
• £66 original order
• £25 return shipping to the USA
• Potential ~£16 customs/import charge for a size exchange
• Parcel stuck in customs
• Ongoing hassle and confusion
• Still no replacement pair
The sandals themselves may be fine if sizing works for you, but for UK buyers the exchange process has been expensive, stressful, and far more complicated than expected.

I've now had three pairs of trainers from Tall Men's Shoes and on all three occasions the wrong size ordered has been sent. I ordered UK size 9 the first time and was sent 8.5 having confirmed my change of order to 9 UK. They were too small, so much so they started to cripple my feet even after using a shoe stretcher. I have disposed of the shoes having taken the lift out. Now I have received size 10 US when I ordered 10.5 and this was confirmed on my order. Both again are too small. I haven't returned them due to the high cost of postage to the USA
Ordered 2 pairs of men’s shoes . The shoes arrived promptly ( within a week) as specified. The shoes were packaged well. The quality of the product looks great.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Tall Man shoes at first they are good shoes but if you wear them on a daily basis the shoes are not good quality and they begin to tear apart the thread starts to come off and the side of shoes start to rip out, they will last for 1 year if you wear them daily after that they will start to rip away.
