Buyer beware
I have nothing negative to say about the company itself except I don't think they are transparent as they should be in regards to advertising. First off, your clothes/items/etc. are shipping from the the Netherlands so you aren't going to get anything in 7-10 business days. I ordered a sweatshirt in October and it didn't arrive until last week. I contacted Rose gal after 2 weeks of my item saying it was "shipped" but receiving nothing. Their customer service emailed me right back within 48 hours, told my order was on back order and to please be patient. I think 8 weeks is a bit much to be patient on a hoodie, but whatever. It's a hoodie, I wasn't going to die without it. HOWEVER - after waiting 2 months for a product I do expect it to be what I ordered. Rose gal's website states a size L will fit a bust of 38". This could not be further from the truth. I am a M/L in all clothes - with it being a hoodie I wanted some a little large so I chose a size L. When I pulled this hoodie out of the package I thought for certain they had sent me the wrong one. My 9 year old now inherited a new hoodie. It's probably a typical xs/s here in the states. Insane. Total false advertising when it comes to sizing. Material is okay, for $20 I wasn't expecting a super quality product but for me, the wait and the $20 was a total waste. Great website, super cute pictures, but short of jewelry I wouldn't buy one single item off this site if you are states bound.
