Never got my product
This was my first time I bought my circle lens. (Note-I still buy from here because it's the only trustworthy site there is with decent circle/color lens that has prescription.) Anyways, the number given to me to track did not work for a while and when it finally showed up online on the tracking page, it said the item has already been in the area where I've lived. I called USPS but they said they never got the item and I tried to email pinkyparadise but I never got a response. This was the first time I never received an item from them. I get the items now when I purchase from them, but I am still upset my item never came and I never got an explanation as to where it went. I mean, these don't come free. (I do wish I had a refund or a replacement for the item I never got thought...) Other than that case, the contacts are nice and comfy; and besides any shipping or tracking issue I think this site is the best out there. Just hoping I won't be disappointed again since I just bought another pair because I needed them.
