unacceptable
My wife and I bought an AMPMW couch on Laredoute. The site mentionned 4/5 days delivery. After 3 weeks and despite many calls and emails we were left with no info. We finally got an answer saying the transportation company would contact us. It ttook another 2 weeks. When the D day arrived, the truck arrived 4 hours late and the couck was literally thrown unpacked in the middle of the salon. Unacceptable.
