La Redoute are the WORST company I have…
La Redoute are the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. If you are a business like we are, buying from La Redoute will damage your reputation - DO NOT DO IT. Their so called Customer Service read your messages and do absolutely nothing. They have no idea about basic customer service or how to run a business. They employ the worst courier services, i expect these are the cheapest. We have spent so much money with them and yet still, they will not provide us with a basic level of service - you know, delivering the product we've paid a 1000 euros for. They all talk like robots. I initially wanted to buy a replacement part for a bed that sold us - note that i didn't ask for free, we were willing to purchase an extra part on a faulty product yet their service was so terrible, going round and round in circles, like talking to a brick wall. And because we got absolutely nowhere because they just ignore every message and email then on a call they tell you want to hear and then do absolutely nothing, we had to purchase two full beds so we could use the parts. We are no on week 12 of waiting for this to be delivered because they courier JP Home are so useless. Again you call them to give them the address, they confirm by email then absolutely ignore everything and re-deliver to the wrong place. How these people survive in business i have no idea. They deserve no stars. THE WORST COMPANY, THE WORST STAFF, THE WORST COURIERS. Save yourself a whole lot of stress and do NOT order from this company

what a shocking organisation - the product I purchased did not exist - or apparently it got lost between them and the courier ! And the only way I found out was because I contacted them... never to be trusted !!

Well to tell you the truth , each time it is a joy to order and receive the goods so quickly and without any difficultés ,, thank you for having a team who acts effective and prompt . Love my items and will use Redoute more often for other things too ! And Will tell my family and Friends too.
Terrible After Service Customer Care
Ordered two throws in April, returned them immediately as the quality was poor. A month later no refund and no answer from La Redoute except I should contact the company who shipped them. My contract was with La Redoute and they are doing nothing to help get a refund.
We still have not received the delivery…
We still have not received the delivery which was supposed to be on May 6. We also have not received any telephone call or explanation on where the order is and when to expect it.

Reading all the comments here I'm glad the site was so bad that I wasn't even able to buy anything. I tried buying a bag, when putting the address details the page just kept reloading after clicking to save and proceed, I texted them and they said it's because I don't have a french phone number. I had my french friend try to purchase it for me, same error. Constantly messaging the customer service which felt like with each message I was talking to another person that only read one of the messages and by all means not the whole thread, not even trying to be helpful at all, kept asking for information I've already given, also everyone replying in french relentlessly even though i kept communicating in english
