Wrote a review about the appalling service I have received from this company, got a reply saying they were doing something to resolve my issue. What a laugh, just saying that to look good on trust pilot. Am going to citizens advice to see what I can do. No stars would be more apt. Cannot get on touch with them, tried every way but no reply.
Scam, never order from them
Every good comment here is ordered by their marketing team, or written by a family member. Don’t ever order from this firm. They will not deliver your product, refuse in refund and it is impossible to reach them. I am personally taking this matter to the police now.

The boxes were all smashed and re-taped and there are parts to the bed that are in the boxes that are broken. They delivered the boxes and immediately left the premises. They did not even allow me time to look at the boxes they just put them in the room and punch something on their telephone and left. It is a mess.
