If I could go back in time and not order this bookshelf
I ordered a bookshelf from Laredoute, and it has been a disaster. First, two days waiting at home after being promised a delivery, and no bookshelf. Next, a delivery of half of the bookshelf. No reply from customer services for days. Pieces of wood on my living room floor and no idea what is going on. Next, I find out the only option from here is to repack the bookshelf into a box and send it back to them in order to get a refund. I do it (not fun), schedule for it to be picked up, work from home for yet another day, not one picks it up. I message customer service, no reply. I now have no bookshelf, no money. I am sad. Please save yourself some pain and find furniture elsewhere.

I received the wrong items in my order
I received the wrong items in my order. I had to re-order and pay again for the correct items. When I returned the incorrect order I was only refunded for one item, the cheapest. This is ongoing.
Missing assembly items and scratches on new surfaces
I had an order no 0240598361348. I've bought a bed for more than 1000 euros, also a mattress for 350 euros. They delivered my package after 1 month, with missing 3 bolts and 2 shims!!! Also I have two scratches: one on the wooden part of the bed, and another one on the metal part (no damage on the boxes - they put scratched details on assembly point). It is absolutely rubish. I have to buy bolts, shims, painting for the metal part, and something for the wooden part.

Please see these other reviews and don’t order here. I have been waiting for my order for weeks now without getting a proper update. They have been telling me to wait, wait and wait more…. What a scammers. Customer service is TERRIBLE. When I did receive one part of my parcel the delivery men literally THREW it out of their bus. Unacceptable.
