Lifetime warranty is worthless. Be warned.
Bought a pan. Pan coating has flaked off. Hexclad agree it has a manufacturing defect. Hexclad refuse to honour the “lifetime warranty” because I bought it from Amazon. Silly me! Naughty Hexclad! Update in response to Hexclad 08/07/26. Make your own mind up. I quote from Hexclad Customer Support: "While your order was indeed sold by Amazon EU S.à r.l., UK Branch, please note that purchasing directly from Amazon does not automatically mean the purchase was made from HexClad. For warranty claims to be processed by us, the item must be purchased from our authorized Amazon account, Brand Access LLC. Since this order was not placed through our authorized seller account, we unfortunately cannot process the warranty claim directly."
