Vicky from the ywigs customer service team is the bomb,com! She was professional and friendly. I bought the wrong length and returned it, and Vicky saw the process all the way through. And the hair in terms of quality is perfect 🤩 Just keep in mind if you are ordering anything with a curl to it, be sure to order extra long so once installed, it will have hang time, I definitely do recommend Ywigs for any of your hair needs!!
