Extremely horrible hair, the influencers are lying for free hair, straight trashy hair. Bought 3 bundles of brown deep wave crochet, paid $300 for the bundles and $200 for the install, to have to take it down after 1 week. The hair was extremely dry, severe shedding, and matted so bad it felt like dreads. I reached out to them over and over on email and they are only offering $120 and a bundle. I’ve purchased cheaper better hair off Amazon!

I ordered 3 bundles of 18 inch bulk hair. Only for the hair to arrive, and when I go to brush it for use, I find that they have glued short pieces of hair together! each piece is about 4 -6 inches long! They are refusing to respond to my returns request, and so I am going to do a credit card charge back. Absolutely disgusting!

My first purchase was the Burmese body wave in 4/27/30 it was amazing, the color was great and texture was great and it didn’t tangle, or get frizzy or matted.
My second purchase I ordered loose deep wave miracle knot hair in the color 4/27/30. The hair was soft and wavy when I first installed the hair. Within 2 - 3 weeks the hair was FIZZY, TANGLED, and MATTED. I had to remove the crochet pieces. I had purchased extra hair so I had her crochet new hair into my boho styled braids. SAME thing happened within 3 weeks hair was TANGLED, MATTED and FRIZZY.

To explain: our 4/27/30 mixed color is achieved through bleaching and dyeing, and with the curl pattern it's more prone to frizz and tangling than natural-color hair; it needs consistent gentle care. That said, it shouldn't degrade that fast, and we understand your frustration.

Purchased body wave bulk human hair and was really disappointed in the quality. After 1 week of braids the hair became tangled and knotted. Lasted only 3 weeks and has left dreadlock type tangles in hair which will need to be cut out now.
YWIGS often promoted by influencers etc so be cautious of the hype as the quality is not worth the high price tag!

I had some concerns about my order as well as a delivery issue which ywigs had no part in, yet the were very prompt in addressing my concerns and very active making sure that I received my items. Once I received the items I saw that the hair was very soft and true to length. I can't wait to install it for my daughter for her wedding. I will post pictures and another review after the install.

I don’t often leave reviews but my experience with this company was great. I purchased the wrong curl pattern of miracle knots and I urgently needed to exchange it before my event, which was a week 1/2 from my request. I ordered raw Burmese curly bundles on August 1 because the company advertises 1–2 business day shipping from its U.S. warehouse. My birthday hair appointment had been booked two months in advance, so I ordered early to make sure my hair would arrive on time.
After five business days, my order still had not shipped. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue, they offered me $20, then $30, to keep waiting. Considering I had spent over $200 and my appointment could not be rescheduled, that offer felt insulting and did nothing to solve the problem.
The company kept telling me the hair would arrive on Friday, even after I explained that my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. Friday. Hair arriving after my appointment was completely useless.
I planned ahead, trusted the shipping timeframe they advertised, and still ended up without the hair I ordered for my birthday. If you’re purchasing hair for an important event, I would strongly recommend ordering from a company with more reliable shipping and customer service.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
