Communication with this company is TERRIBLE
Communication with this company is borderline nonexistent. I placed an order 8 days ago and it has not shipped yet. They said it will ship in 2-3 days and offered me $20 for the delay. I asked them to cancel and refund the order but then they stopped responding. I have called (no answer) and wrote them on IG and via email. If you leave a comment on their IG page asking about your order they will delete it. It’s a terrible reflection of customer service. I will NOT be purchasing from them ever again. Order # Y4363301
