I was not satisfied with the hair that I purchased from Ywigs so I reached out to the Customer Service to see what could be done. I’ve been a previous customer for a year now and was super satisfied with the product so I kept coming back. Linn listen to my issue and understood the problem and was able to give me a small refund for my issues I was having I was very surprised by the customer service and attention to detail. I wrote to them early in the morning about needing to receive my order as soon as possible because of a flight coming up, and they responded back nearly instantly with a promise that my order will be shipped out in 2 days! They were so kind, responsive, and understanding of my predicament, which is something I find very rare with other hair companies. I will be ordering from here again!

When I by accident, forgot to change to my new address I requested right away to have it changed and it was changed expeditiously to where I needed my hair to go. I am so grateful to the customer service given to my request by YWigs.

Looks good for a week and after starts to tangle and look very bad. No matter how much you try to take care of it, separate exc.. This hair is very short lasting and maybe ok to install for event or something but needs to be taken off quite fast. Disappointed
