Ywigs has always gone beyond and above in their service to me since 2024. Even when I needed to get products in a short amount of time or had problems with my orders they never ceased to serve me quickly and with the upmost care. The quality of all their products are amazing and I love using their hair for my braids and weave styles. I immediately after purchased realized I used a default address which was my old one from where I just recently moved. I emailed customer service and within hours, Serana from the Content Collab Team emailed me and easily updated my address. I'm a first time customer of YWigs. I have seen other stylists and clients use their hair bundles over several social media platforms, and decided to order. I ordered one bundle to experience how boho pieces would look. I ordered the hair (right before a holiday). Due to my poor planning (No fault to the company at all). The shipping dates were specific. I received my bundle the day of my appointment. I struggled with keeping it or sending it back. I reached out to their customer service department and, I was extremely pleased how Wendy (I call her personal concierge) resolved my order. Each time I reached out, I noticed consistentecy. It was always Wendy, it wasnt someone new, who had to look over my notes just to see what was going on it was always Wendy. The customer attributes she demonstrated goes a long way. Wendy displayed these characteristics and so much more Super responsive Listened to my issue Provided suggestions on how to resolve the matter for my needs Follow up and follow through were excellent I can appreciate a company that shares and teaches exceptional customer service. As I stated earlier. Plan your order, especially not around a holiday. This was my error, not the company. I will be ordering from YWigs again merely because of how Wendy supported me.
This is not 18 inches I received, it's more like 12 inches and the hair although soft, has a sticky feeling to it. This is the worst hair I have ever purchased. I was very disappointed after the install of mini twist.

I purchased 4 bundles (18 inch) of the Burmese curly crochet hair and realized I meant to get the 20inch instead. I contacted customer support and they were very prompt with their response. When I asked to update my order for the 20inch hair and pay the price difference they waived the price difference for me and sent me the 20inch hair! I received my order within 3 business days of my purchase! I just opened the package and the hair quality is top tier! No weird smells and super super soft! I washed the hair because I have a sensitive scalp and the hair did not shed, tangle, or matte after washing and combing. I can’t stand wait to get my miracle knots installed!
