When I asked to update my order for the 20inch hair and pay the price difference they waived the price difference for me and sent me the 20inch hair! I received my order within 3 business days of my purchase! I just opened the package and the hair quality is top tier! No weird smells and super super soft! I washed the hair because I have a sensitive scalp and the hair did not shed, tangle, or matte after washing and combing. I can’t stand wait to get my miracle knots installed!
