I placed an order and upon receiving my hair, I realized that I purchased the wrong type of hair. I reached out to Ywigs and they were very helpful in helping me return my purchase and sending out the correct order. Serana with customer service was very thorough and helpful in ensuring the process went smoothly. I received my bundles of loose wave miracle knots hair in a timely manner. Hair is beautiful. This is my second time ordering from Ywigs and I’ll continue to order from them in the future.

Please be careful with these reviews. I honestly do not think that they are real. I bought 6 packs of the "18-inches Wet & Wavy Bulk Hair Extensions for braiding", and my experience has been extremely disappointing. - It took 2 days to braid my hair because the extensions were so slippery and rubbery that my hairdresser could barely grip them. - The bundles look thick at the top, but most of the hair is very thin. Once combed out, they shed excessively, leaving very little usable hair. - I ordered 18 inches, but after the heavy shedding, the hair was much shorter than expected. We had to keep adding more hair, leaving my braids uneven and bulky. - The hair started slipping out and shedding from day one. After just one wash (only 9 days after installation), almost all the fed in pieces have fallen out, making my braids look as though they were several months old. I also contacted the company 9 days ago with photos and videos, but I have received no response. Please save your money and avoid this company.

Vicky was extremely helpful! I placed my order not realizing I would have to travel a few days later. So my neighbor returned the package for me.
