Bought a second-hand RG35XX H, which stopped working, doesn't power on, recharge or do factory reset. I emailed them and asked what my options are for getting it fixed: "We are very sorry, but currently our accessories sales service only serves as after-sales support for anbernic.com orders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation." or TL;DR: "nobody cares".
