Three weeks to receive a ring is absolutely appalling
Just received a ring I ordered exactly 3 weeks from the ordering date which for a company of this size is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is appalling. I made a few queries and they were either ignored or answered with a standard message. Though the ring is nice. It’s a lot smaller than the picture which is really annoyed me because I expected something a lot larger. I did have other things on my wish list to purchase but I’m really not gonna bother because it takes three weeks just to get a piece of jewellery saying that it is custom-made which I think personally is a load of Tosh because who makes rings to order under £50 when my ring size is a standard size and is usually sold out because it is such a popular size. On the website address it says UK and then the order comes from China so basically that says it all. I’m probably the only things you would get quite quickly of the charms.
