Nice item to help with weight loss, horrible customer support
I was having issues getting the ball to roll properly, it kept getting caught up. I texted the number on the web site (it said text or call) asking for some help. I never heard back and I was able to get it working on my own. Then I get an email asking me to "join up" and while I fully intend to use my hoop I will never "join up". My question was left unanswered so I am not happy with the support.
