Excellent customer service
This was my second order. First I ordered the hoop. This time I ordered the arm hoops. Both orders came really fast and were exactly as expected. I contacted CS by email for help with the subscription. Richard responded the same day and was extremely helpful and polite. Everything was resolved immediately. I couldn’t be happier.
Customer Service
Customer service is what we expect and want to experience everywhere we go. There was a miscommunication and was simply cleared within minutes. Very quick responding and understanding. Refund was also given immediately with a gift card, no further questions were asked. Short sweet and to the point. Thank you, Alena.
Awful Customer Service/Terrible Product
First of all, I paid extra for the quiet hoop and it's so loud I can't even have a conversation while using it. Second, I was never able to access the "free" group in the first 30 days asking for help multiple time. Once I was charged after the 30 days, I immediately asked that it be cancelled since I was not able to ever access the group. CS tells me I can access it so I attempt again and when I was still unable to do so, they then said it was because I cancelled. So, I should have had access for at least the free 30 and the 30 I paid for but was not able to access for even 1 day! Very terrible customer service and refuse to work with customer on refund for service not received!!! Save yourself the money and buy a $20 hoop from Amazon which is quieter and not a waste of money!!!

I recently had an issue with my subscription. I contacted customer service and was connected with Rose. She was so helpful. She was professional and understood the issue. Quick and helpful response from customer service
I've had my hoop for a few months and have loved it. I use it daily, and it's easy to do in the living room watching a show or with the music on. Unfortunately, the weight that attaches dropped and the casing cracked, so I reached out to ask about ordering a replacement. Kristine in customer support reached back out to me in less than a day with a friendly message to let me know they'd get a replacement ordered for me. It was a positive experience with customer service. I appreciate it.

Customer Service Experience
Somehow I got charged for the subscription that I'm not sure how I got signed up for. The first time I called the number and within a couple of days someone contacted me and refunded my money. Then I got charged again and I called and left three messages and not heard anything back but I did reach out via email and they took care of me instantly!!! I was very satisfied with the customer service that was shown to me. Unfortunately, my health prevents me from using the product so I can't comment on that but as a company I approve.

Great product and customer service!
Husband and I got a hoop to try and shrink our bellies together during one of the summer deals. One of the things included was a membership to the community, however on Shopify, I was told the subscription was free. I reached out after a charge went through and Darlene was so helpful! She not only refunded the charge, she threw in a gift card as well! I was so impressed by the speed and care their customer service team shows. Thanks again Darlene! :)

I like the infinity hoop
I like the infinity hoop. It definitely works better with the belt that goes around your tummy. It’s not extremely loud, but it is louder than the adds would like you to think. Turn on some music or tv and it’s fine. FYI the Infinity Hoop Community Subscription is free for 30 days but renews even if you don’t sign up/create an account. So be careful of that. However, the representative I reached out to, took care of that for me right away so, just an fyi but Rose was very kind and helpful.

So far I am enjoying it. I am a true beginner with exercises and I am enjoying the workout and pre workout exercises. It has me moving again!!!

Great Purchase, Just the Subscription
Great item won’t lie, just the community subscription threw me off and knocked it down a point. If it wasn’t attached to the actual hoop purchase and just a side thing it asks of you after the purchase, I would 100% change my rating to 5*. Still recommend to those who want it.

Low back pain
I was excited to try this out after seeing so much hype on social media everyday for weeks, I went back and forth about purchasing and I decided to get it. I used it (+the amazing sweat band!) 30 minutes a day consistently and loved that I could just put a podcast on and not be distracted like I sometimes am when I go for a walk. However, after a week I realized my body does not like this motion for the low back injury I suffered in a car accident 5 years ago. If you have low back pain, this may not be the right exercise for you. Nothing against Infinity Hoop or the product, just wasn’t right for my body I guess. The Infinity Hoop team (shout out to Rose specifically) was incredibly helpful with my return process. There were options and we found the one that worked best for me. Best of luck to you that this product works for your body.

Got it within the 7-14 days from order. It is hard to unlink the links but once you have the amount you need then your set easy to put on and off … just did my first round today and it definitely was a work out .. we will see how it ends up after the month
