So I reached out to infinity hoop, Customer Service because there was some kind of glitch going on when I made my order. I selected the two XL to three XL sweat band but as soon as I hit pay, it switched it too small to medium. And I couldn’t find any way to fix it myself. So I contacted them and because the email security system on a Hotmail for some reason wouldn’t let their emails through, so they actually took the time to reach out to me by text. And they helped me find a solution so that I could get the correct band size. They were super friendly the whole way through and we’re willing to work with me to find a way to fix things so honestly, their Customer Service alone would make me wanna come back to purchase from them again.

Do to an unforeseen work comp injury I have yet to use this device and the review is strictly based on my experience with the customer service department. I accidentally signed up for a subscription that is very steeply priced and emailed quickly asking for a refund and for it to be cancelled. Typically I find a lot of push back and attempts to persuade you to stay. Sudden price drops and what if we charge you this instead then would you? That’s not what I got here. I got fast action, apologies, and correction on something that was my mistake and didn’t need the apology. I then received a welcome back email implying I had agreed once again to this subscription but saw no charges on my account. Just to be safe I reached back out to make sure nothing had happened I hadn’t agreed to. I received a very quick response saying it was investigated and an automated messages associated with the first transaction that had been delayed and was not a new charge or notification I’d signed up again. I appreciate the fast responses and no harassment that I received. If frankly was a breathe of fresh air as it seems most places no longer operate this way.

Received the hoop and put it to some good use so far. Seems to be decent quality. Then, I noticed a $39.99 charge for the community subscription and I honestly didn’t even remember agreeing to the trial. During the purchasing process, there were many upsell/add-on paths, and I do feel like that process could be more simplified.
I had a positive experience with customer support, though, and they took care of my cancellation and refund right away. Looking forward to using the hoop more regularly!

I started my hooping journey about a month ago. Since then I have felt much better in my skin. I haven't noticed weight loss yet, but I have lost 1 link and can tell another is getting ready to be removed. The workouts have been low impact, which is something I need, but also beneficial to me. The product is worth it to purchase and use.

I ordered the loop and accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I noticed I contacted customer service. They were extremely nice but weren’t sure if they could correct it before the order was shipped. But they did send me a form to send it back for a refund if they could not correct what was my mistake which was not at all fault. I received my order today and they had managed to send the correct size in my order after all. I really appreciate that not only did they fix my mistake they had given me a way to fix it just in case they couldn’t correct it prior to it being shipped out. Can’t wait to try out the loop.

Shipping was fast, I received my hoop in about 4-5 business days. I love how quiet the infinity hoop is in comparison to other weighted hoops I've tried. I also really appreciate how sturdy and safe it is. The ball won't even spin at all if it's not entirely clicked into place. It's a fun exercise that's easy on the joints! I'd recommend that anyone who's been on the fence wondering if they should buy it, just jump in and do it!!

I love the IH community. Everyone is supportive of and really engaged with each other. The workout challenges are fun and really push your limits. I just won one of the contest, most inches lost! I love infinityhoop because it reminds me of being a kid with a hula hoop! Oh and let's not forget the gains are real. 1 link=2inches and I have removed 4 links so far, down 8 inches! There's really no downside here.

Very much enjoy using my infinity hoop! I got the tiffany blue color and its so pretty! Unfortunately I had to stop hooping for a couple weeks due to a move, but can't wait to get back to it! Its been months since I've worked out and the 30 day challenge on the app has been great for a beginner. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it, but did take a few days before I could keep it going without stopping. Been working up a sweat every session and love the toning/sweat cream with the belt while hooping but it's also great for sore muscles after workout too.
Also got the arm hoops but havent had a chance to really use those yet.
