Disgraceful company bought a Printer…
Disgraceful company bought a Printer back nearly a year ago . They sent a printer with missing cr z cables . They send the cables once that issue was sorted then the motherboard was faulty they sent another and once I installed that it still did work kept running into more issues with the product with the plastic not feeding correctly and more . I asked for a refund as the product was faulty and after a year of constant back and forth of trying to fix it I was done with it as we weren't going anywhere. They refused to address this kept sending me more parts after I explicitly wanted a refund . Do not buy from this company , I'm convinced I've been scammed
