I bought the sparkx I7 combo, after unpacking two of the combo feeders didn't work, no filament feed at all, so i posted the issue on the creality helpdesk and than the troubles beginning.
- can you send picture of this
- can you make a short movie in that
they keep you so long busy with total nonsens so i give up the whole issue.
They say you have warrantly in the set but they do nothing.
This was the first and last time i buy Creality stuff.
Keep this in your mind when ordering Creality printers
you have been warned !!!!
After initially working well, the K2 Pro which cost more than $1000 AUD, kept smashing the print head into the side of the printer. After raising multiple tickets and providing as much of the details as was requested by Creality as I could, they simply closed the tickets. No resolution and no further support.
I have asked for a warranty claim as the printer is only a few months old, and again at no point have they acknowledged or even followed up on any warranty. Absolutely abysmal customer support on one of their "flagship" printers. I should have bought a Bambu.
As an anecdotal warning from my experience... Unfortunately very disappointed with creality. Bought an ender 3 v3 which experienced issues after 30 hours (x axis failed to identify the stop point).
Creality offered to ship me about 10 parts to do almost a full rebuild, I instead opted for a replacement due to the near immediate timing of a major issue, paid an uplift and received a K2.
The K2 developed a "Motor initialization failed" after getting stuck mid print in less than 2 months.
After numerous software updates, x and y axis motor assembly replacements and other troubleshooting steps Creality refuse to refund which is a legal requirement as part of section 9 of the 2015 consumer rights act.
Will now be pursuing legal action through small claims after a letter before action.
Avoid, real shame. Support was initially quite responsive but refusing to follow consumer law in your country of operation is a huge red flag.
Major faults in both devices after a month or two and a refusal to follow applicable law....
The Creality k2 + is the best sorage cabinet for your’e other 3d printed parts.
It’s an awful 3d printer.
But it makes great storage for garbage.
I’d share the image but it doesn’t give me an option, it genuinely is full of stuff I don’t know what to put where.
I just use my other printers.
Very bad quality!
If you think you save money think twice: You will spend so much extra to iron out their ridicolous quality control + you will waste tons of filament, you can just buy a better printer right away.
I purchased a Creality K2 Pro on 2 June, expecting a premium 3D printer that would support my small business. Instead, it arrived with a defective top frame.
After almost a month of back-and-forth with Creality support, a replacement top frame was finally shipped on 30 June and delivered on 3 July. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of the problem.
Creality sent the replacement part with no installation instructions, no service manual, and no official guidance whatsoever. Replacing the top frame required dismantling a significant portion of the printer, including removing the display assembly and ribbon cables, side panels, electronics housing, PTFE tubing, and around 40 screws. What should never have been necessary on a brand-new printer took me over 24 hours to complete, relying entirely on YouTube videos and online forums.
To make matters worse, the replacement frame itself had misaligned screw holes, forcing some screws to be installed at an angle. After reassembling everything, the printer no longer functions correctly. The display backlight comes on, but the screen itself does not boot, leaving the printer completely unusable.
As someone who runs a small business, this has had a serious impact. My Etsy shop has effectively been closed for over a week because I have been unable to manufacture orders. I’ve lost valuable production time and income through no fault of my own.
A customer should never be expected to completely dismantle a brand-new printer because of a manufacturing defect, especially without any official repair documentation or support.
The K2 Pro may have impressive specifications on paper, but my experience has been overshadowed by poor quality control and a disappointing after-sales support process. I sincerely hope Creality improves both its quality assurance and customer support, because this has been an extremely frustrating experience.
Printer and cfs keeps breaking down. Spend over 4 grand in stuff and it just does not work. costumerservice is a nightmare and you need even more patience to replace al the parts every time.
Excellent, helpful customer support! Patience and understanding are key.
I have had really good results with Creality's customer service. While there can be a small language barrier, I found that if you are kind, patient, and clear with them, they will go out of their way to help you. Treat them with respect, and they will solve your problem! Very happy
Do not purchase!! I have purchased 3 buffers now to fix my printer OUT OF MY OWN-POCKET! Creality are refusing to do anything about this and still expect me to purchase a new buffer everything for my printer to work!!!
They said “ customers need to purchase out of their Own pocket for parts out of warranty” which I have done 3 times!!!!!!!
Do not trust these people at all! They are NOT in Australia, as all support is handled in China, and the support is non-existent after they get your $$$!
Spent $3500 with these people on a new 3D printer and accessories, and was given access to a rewards system where I generated around $120 in reward coupons, to spend on the site.
The terms and conditions are non existent. State nothing about any restrictions on purchases. So, redeemed $100 in coupons to purchase filament, and kept hitting a "Invalid for this purchase" error!
Contacted their support, apparently in China, and was told no restrictions applied on the purchase, and to contact the AU support team.
I contact AU and they say it should work, but it didn't. They then say it only works on non-bundled filament, which are expensive, send me to a link to their ludicrously overpriced filament page, and it still fails to accept.
Oh, and their AU support team is in, you guessed, it CHINA!
I swear, I'm looking at spending $1200-1600 on a 3D printer scanner, and I'm crossing Creality right off the list of options. Nor am I spending another cent on their overpriced filament. I don't support companies that scam me, and like many others have found, after the purchase the support is non-existent.
Also about to toss the thing to the Office of Fair Trading.
Oh, and I'm also waiting on another filament holder and build plate ordered near 2 weeks ago. Tracking number has been dead since day 2, stating is in shipment. Tried contacting Aramex (the worst shipping company in Australia bar none) and they won't reply. So contacted Creality again, and their response was "get a lost package notice and we'll look at it". Hard when you can't get a response from the shipping company!
Luckily paid with Paypal. Filing a dispute there, so at least will hopefully get my money back on this scam purchase.
Do not trust Creality Australia! They take your money, then nothing! No support, no care factor, NOTHING!
I wished I spent the money with Bamboo Studio's. At least then I'd have some decent customer service.
Creality sent me a "new" product that was beyond repair upon arrival.
Creality sent me a product that was fundamentally defective and beyond repair despite being advertised as new.
Their customer service is beyond reprehensible. They repeatedly attempted to coerce me to circumvent my buyer protections despite directly refuting their claim through PayPal's resolution center.
Avoid this company at all costs. If you truly want a Creality product it is best to buy through a retailer and NOT directly from Creality. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in both quality assurance and customer service. They attempt to coerce buyers into revoking consumer protection rights and operate in bad faith negotiations.
Beware of the official Creality store; complaints are a joke. They couldn't resend me the Halot x1 for two months. Customer service started writing in Spanish, claiming the Halot x1 will no longer be available and they can send me a printer four times cheaper.
Worst experience ever with a company. Even the government is better in helping than this company. Not sure what date I should pick below as the response times are the worst and the usefulness of the responses below 0…
Will I ever buy anything again from this company: NEVER!
Absolutely dreadful customer service. Purchased a new 3dprinter in January for my son but it arrived faulty. Been fobbed off so many times bring told to replace parts or try formatting my pc. I am still demanding a replacement or money back. Avoid this company!
This thing doesn’t work it literally broke a 699 dollar printer. This printer literally trash right now. NEVER USE CREALITY EVER. IF YOU WANT A 3D PRINTER USE BAMBOO LAB, OR EVEN FLASHFORGE, NEVER CREALITY!!! I REPEAT NEVER CREALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Appalling customer service. They sent the wrong colour filament and would not provide a replacement. After questioning me over many emails and requiring pictures to prove the colour they would only offer a £10 voucher which would need me to spend far more just to get what I originally ordered.
our Creality K1 Max printer arrived last January (2025) and it worked well for a couple of months. By the end of March it was already failing to complete most print jobs. when we first contacted Creality it took them a month to respond but by then we had taken the printer to a repair shop and had it fixed. it then worked for another 2 months. since July 2025 we have only managed to complete 2 print jobs the rest of the time was spent waiting for Creality to take responsibility. that of course never happened. they sent parts at one stage for the 2025 model, ours was apparently a 2023 model, and those parts were not compatible. we sold the printer and will never buy a Creality printer again. the company and their products suck buyer beware
