Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. It was referred to us by a school teacher. We were surprised by the poor quality of the printer. Nothing but trouble and sucks the joy out of new purchase.

I trusted this website, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. They provided no help at all, and I regret not purchasing from a more reliable platform like Amazon. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended!
We bought the machine in October 2024 and in February 2025 the cable that connects to the bed got damaged and the bed stopped heating. We have been contacting the company since then (25 february 2025) but they are not honoring the warranty agreement and they do not even have any spare parts to buy. The company is not taking responsibility to fix their product and they're not sending any technicians to assist. The product is 3D PRINTER FDM CREALITY Ender-3 V3
Stay away- I ordered a 3D printer and then discovered all the bad reviews and struggling to cancel. They keep chucking ’free’ items my way rather than just refund me. Also there is another company with the same name but all contact information on their webpage is in Chinese.
I bought a K2 Plus from Creality two weeks ago. When I first powered it up it didn't even make it through the startup process before halting with an error. The QR code it displays on the printer error message takes you to a page that is entirely in Chinese with no links to an English language version. After two hours I managed to get it to the point where it would start printing. Unfortunately the very first print failed half way through with a different error. After spending more time I got it going again only to find the next print failing with yet another different error. At this point it was clear that there was something very wrong with the printer so contacted Creality to arrange for a return and replacement or refund. After two and a half hours on their “Chat” (they were very unhelpful for the first two hours) they finally agreed to do so. The matter seems resolved until I received an email saying that they were not going to honour their promise to return and replace the machine and instead expected me to repair the machine myself. Since then they have confirmed that it was likely damaged during shipping but have now repeatedly refused to honour their own return policy, despite the fact that the website clearly states a “14 day return and refund”, a period I contacted them within. All this from a company that claims the machine is a “next-level professional 3D printer”. It is anything but and their customer service is dreadful. Almost as bad as their printers. I have three three Prusa printers and an Ultimaker that have all operated perfectly from the first day I received them. The Creality K2 and the Creality company are clearly very poor in comparison. UPDATE: Even a zero star review would be generous. Creality are still refusing to accept a return on the first faulty printer even though they had previously agreed to in writing. Now the replacement K2 I've bought arrived damaged and has failed even to start up. Terrible printers and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.
Very bad commutation I ordered a printer through amazon sold by creality and as soon as it shipped they left the amazon platform and now there is no update and I have emailed them and so has amazon and they do not return no emails and and if this is what that company is all about i hope they go under because its BS
Seeing all these negative reviews after I had already ordered my K1 Max I feared the worse. I was recommended the K1 by a friend so went ahead and ordered without checking reviews for once. However the delivery arrived on time, I wasn’t advised of any tracking number but their support did reply to me fairly sharpish advising the tracking details when asked. Any initial issues I had setting up I found YouTube videos to guide me through it. The actual device is very well built, it has worked faultlessly so far and looks the business. It’s a very impressive bit of kit. Maybe I have been very lucky, but I don’t have anything to complain about so feel I should leave a positive review to put people’s minds at rest that not every order is a disaster from Creality!
Horrible customer service. The printer was never picked from their warehouse by fedex and after several attempts on the chat they still didn't resolve the issue. I then purchased the printer from amazon and will have to deal with getting a refund on a printer they never shipped and that will be a nightmare I'm sure.
Purchased K1 Max. Not one single complete print. Constant extruder jams. NO, there is not an adjustment for this. customer support? Zero. None. I'm not some pissed off girl who didn't like the way someone talked to me.... Creality should be out of business for dealing this crap, and not supporting it.
Warning: Avoid Creality 3D at all costs! Buying the Creality K2 Plus was the worst decision ever. The printer arrived defective from day one, throwing a CM2789 error (Y-axis motor failure), making it completely unusable. I followed their useless troubleshooting guide, contacted support through email, phone, WhatsApp, and even their official Discord—and NO RESPONSE. Just silence. Their “support” doesn’t exist, and their product is a scam waiting to happen. I had to send a legal notice, prepare a chargeback with my bank, and escalate to consumer protection authorities. Do you want to go through this nightmare too? Probably not. Advice: Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. DON’T BUY FROM CREALITY.
I ordered two Hyper PLA reels off the Australian store and they sent me low quality ABS reels instead. After weeks of trying to get them to rectify the issue their customer service just stopped replying. Absolutely cannot recomend their products or services to anyone.
Ordered a build plate for my creality k1 through their black Friday deal. Still to this day (January 26th) the build plate is not shipped. First excuse was it wasn't in stock (fair enough). Then they got it in stock January 17th. Emailed me and said that it is in stock and I will get a tracking number soon. almost 10 days later and I have yet to receive a tracking number. The day I am writing this january 26th. The item is still "awaiting for shipping". I used a discount code and I'm guessing they are just sandbagging so I will eventually cancel the order so they don't loose money. Typical Chinese company activity.... smh
Worst 3D printing company. Quality is trash and the machines are unreliable. Just buy a Prusa or Bambu
Had a 3d printer from them as a Christmas present in November. When it was opened, I found that parts were missing (not assembled or in the box at all). Spoke to customer service who refused to do anything (refused a return, repair or refund) as it had been purchased over a month ago and the warranty is only for 30 days. It is a faulty product and warranty doesn't matter. They are a dodgy company and will straight up steal your money, use any other company. Also, they're currently being investigated for using software they stole from other companies, so there's a clue into what this company is really like.
Ordered k2 plus on the 20th November, got a tracking number in December. Ever since then been given the run around. Them blaming the courier, the courier saying they don't have it. Avoid, they are ignoring my emails now. I might have lost my £1300.
Purchased a 3D printer for my son in October for his birthday today and buily it then full off excitement switched it on and straight away it blew all my electrics in house and blew the actual unit where it left it with smoke pouring out of the unit. Trying to complain or contact them is a nightmare. This vould have killed a child.
Ordered K2 printer Combo on 12/29/2024 Was given a tracking number for FedEx but the unit never arrived. Talked to a supervisor at Fedex to see what the issue was and was told that the package left the warehouse in LA with two Shipping labels. Emailed Creality Official customer support but after more than three email they have not resolved the issue. I asked that my order be canceled. Still waiting to here back.
I genuinely don't understand why people are obsessed with the ender printers. I currently own a K1 Max. Given that you’d think “Oh, they invested more into it so it must be better than the popular Ender 3.” Well what if I told you it isn’t worth a damn. My friend and I got the K1 Max around the same time. After the first month of owning it, we’ve both had nothing but constant issues since. The bed warps, making it so you either have to: replace the build plate or buy special springs. My friend and I went the springs route. Doing this though, now means you have to go out of your way to root the printer and get a feature called “screws tilt calculate.” Which will measure the distance on the build plates screws and tell you have much you need to turn them. It would be fine if you know, it didn’t take anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour to get it right. The only way of knowing is by wasting material on a test print that odds are, won’t stick to the bed. The biggest issue that we had is the constant jamming. One of us would always be jammed, the last time we both had our printers running at the same time was back in May of 2024 when I first bought it on the third. If your hot end gets stuck while cleaning then that causes even more of a headache as the outside of the hot end has a fragile ceramic cylinder that has the wires connected to it. Giving you limited options to grab onto. Did I mention if you order a new one on amazon its $50+. Thankfully I was patient enough to order a $5 one off of AliExpress, although it took two weeks, it beats giving them $50 everytime it breaks. I’ve ruined three in total due to jamming. The slicer is awful, it looks appealing at first but lately I’ve noticed the most absolute random and horrible print lines it generates for supports. Which now makes sense to me as to why they kept failing on me. So now I’ve switched to cura where I’m getting better results, but still not perfect because keep in mind, it is still a Creality printer I am using. They clearly don’t test their printers and if they do, they don’t care about fixing any of the known issues. There have been so many days where I’ve been moments away from grabbing my bat and beating the hell out of it. The only thing stopping me is the glass I don’t want to clean up afterwards. Creality is a terrible company, you’re better off with BambuLabs as that is a company that actually cares about quality, and will give you what you paid for. They actually take the time to test and fix issues before even releasing the printer. Rather than relying on the community to do their jobs for them, unlike good for nothing Creality. So save yourself the trouble and spend a little extra on a Bambu printer and you will not be disappointed.
I recently purchased a 3D printer from this company, and while my initial experience was positive, there were some significant hiccups that I feel need addressing. After placing my order, I was informed that the item was out of stock, which was quite disappointing, especially since this wasn’t indicated on their website prior to purchase. Additionally, I found the customer service response lacking. When I reached out for clarification, I received a vague reply stating that the item would likely be available in “probably a week.” This level of communication didn’t provide me with the assurance I was hoping for. Overall, I believe there’s room for improvement in transparency and customer support. As I look towards 2025, I’m left feeling uncertain about my experience with this company. I hope they can enhance their processes for future customers.
My son recently purchased the Ender 3 v2 3D printer from Creality, saving up and even selling a beloved console to afford it. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, he discovered that several pins on the printer's components were bent. Despite multiple attempts to contact Creality via email and phone, we have received no response. This is extremely disappointing, as it leaves us with a damaged product and no avenue for support. I urge potential buyers to consider this experience before purchasing from Creality. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable.
