I bought a Creality Falcon 2 40W on their store on 3rd of December. At first they claimed there was a lack of stock, and that they would speak to the marketing team so that this type of situation would not happen again. That in two weeks they would receive a new shippement. After two weeks there was no update. I sent a message, I didn't receive any response. The chat says it is being updated. They didn't deliver as promised, product shipped within 3 business days.
Hilarious customer service. No effort to actually solve the problem with the 3d printer, just trying to annoy you by making you do random, completely unrelated "fixes" so you stop bothering them. That or the customer support people don't even know what a 3d printer is
I just got an email saying my ticket is closed!?!?

Subject: Re: Your order has been shipped
Hello,
My printer is now 7 months old, and I love it, it gets lots of use... But, the bearings for the idler pulleys on both sides of my printer are wearing out (they are clicking a lot!)
Is this a warranty issue? Is there any chance of getting replacement idlers?
Thank you.
Ed
I had technical issues while adjusting parameters.
Creality after sales service / tecnhical support spent hours chatting with me trough Whatsapp, and in the end, they were able to help.
I am gratefull at Creality for their products quality, the technical support and sense of service.
I have bough 4 Creality k1 printers in total and if I could I would return them all instantly. Not only do they have a lot of problems which I had to find a solution to fix but their support is full of scummy tactics. I had tried to return the 4th printer as it wasn’t printing( the hot end and extruder wasn’t working). I spend a good day back and forth with the “support team” telling me to disassemble the printer and record it then after I did it I was told to put it back together and try to use the stick to get the filament out of the extruder as it was stuck in it. It’s been 3 weeks since then they have tried to offer me a replacement Teflon tube which is amusing. I have filed a claim with the bank and in 4 weeks if I don’t have the option to return the printer for a full refund I will get to keep a free statue.
Ok prints, low-quality printer, zero customer service
After quite a steep learning curve, we have been able to get acceptable output from our K1-C. But if something goes wrong, Creality simply is not there to stand behind their products. A few months of light use into owning our printer, the glass door just "exploded" with a loud bang for no reason. There were bits of shattered glass everywhere, luckily no one hurt. I've contacted the company several times for a replacement and received no response. Zero. In working ith the printer, I've noticed quality issues, like stripped screws (from the factory) on replaceable parts. I wouldn't buy from Creality again.
Printer arrived, set up, started to flash screen, fine, started firmware in motherboard and nothing, display screen static blue, tried multiple solutions recommended by other users and no joy.
Contacted Creality as I bought it off the official website. Customer support do not support. Was told tech desk will get back to me in 24-72 hours. A week later I received an email asking for my address (already on their system) to send me replacement part that is not even the issue. They have ignore my request for a refund totally. I replied to the email yesterday requesting another refund and still no reply.
Contacted "support" again today about refund. Again I get "I have sent this to our back office". Absolute circus show this company.
AVOID!!!!!!!!!
Worst customer service I have experienced. A part fell off my printer 5 days ago, got a reply within 24 hours asking for a video and further information. Sent that 3 days ago and I am still waiting for a reply.
I would like to give you a review on how the Ender 3 S1 Pro works, but I can't do that. Why? Because the manual is so poorly written that I can't even understand the bed levelling (which I do understand in concept) instructions. They are vague. They tell you to do it one way and then do it the other way. There are steps missing. So, I don't know if it's a good printer because all my models slide off and its due to bed levelling that I get can't set properly. I bought it a year ago and gave up trying to get it to level. I just tried again (1 year later) and remember why I had so much trouble. The manual is useless.
Very poor company, shocking!!! Should be shut down
My son has ordered 2x 3d printers in the last 3 months, customer service are so hard to get hold of and never offered a replacement or refund so I am going to trading standards now as the issues are still not resolved
Ordered a printer 6 weeks ago, unsuccessful delivery twice.
Ordered a printer 6 weeks ago, Still no show. The "tracker" said it was returned the sender. i put it in quote marks as for a week it displayed my parcel was "not found". Turns out it was returned to sender. Asked for a new 1 to be shipped. Same experience again.
Emailed asking what is going on and was told "its not our problem".
Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time, just ordered from somewhere else. I will NEVER deal with this company again and i urge all of you to do the same.
Non existent customer service. That means you will not get help if your order doesn't arrive, or broken. They just don't respond or replace/refund even when legally required to do so.
The fact that the lowest you can go is 1 star prevents me from truly displaying my experience. No show on the delivery, which I doubt was even sent. Dont bother dealing with these people just flush money straight down the pan.
Ordered a printer that should've arrived at least 4 days ago. even after contacting them earlier due to the courier information saying that they haven't received to package either I still haven't gotten a response. Horrible customer service, if I do receive it I will be looking into getting a refund immediately. I don't want my money going towards them and neither should you. Please make a different choice if you are considering one of their printers. I can't state enough how bad the customer service is.
Took receipt and when I opened the box - the parts had been carefully packed, but found the light bar had been packed damaged, with obvious signs of 'touch-up paint applied'.
I sent an email and heard nothing at all - at first juyst wanted a spare light, now looking for a full refund - as below - NEVER buy from them... However good the machine may look or perform... customer service wise - forget it....
Basically, they make decent printers. They use other's research and development as "inspiration" and build an almost identical printer and call it their own.
I don't have a problem with that (too much), but I will say I am rating them upon their HORID customer service. It is HORRIBLE.
If you can afford it, go to Prusa instead. FAR superior.
If you can tinker with your printer (constantly) yourself, you may be OK with their printers.
Returning order is just horrible, I tried to cancel my order, which didn't happen. I contacted them to tell me how to return the printer and I didn't get any reply. I then sent it back to the shipment fulfillment company.
I contacted them to return my money, but didn't get any reply. I now openend a case in Paypal. I can only suggest to not order at Creality, since I think they try to ignore you when returning something. I would suggest not to support companies like that. If you have to order a Creality printer, I can highly suggest to order it at Amazon or another online store.
