Caution: Returning order is not possible
Returning order is just horrible, I tried to cancel my order, which didn't happen. I contacted them to tell me how to return the printer and I didn't get any reply. I then sent it back to the shipment fulfillment company. I contacted them to return my money, but didn't get any reply. I now openend a case in Paypal. I can only suggest to not order at Creality, since I think they try to ignore you when returning something. I would suggest not to support companies like that. If you have to order a Creality printer, I can highly suggest to order it at Amazon or another online store.
