I just got an email saying my ticket is closed!?!?
I just got an email saying my ticket ticket was closed!?!? Because the old one is under review???? Than how long does it f___ing take you to review it? I sent the old email back in JUNE. But, the bearings for the idler pulleys on both sides of my printer are wearing out (they are clicking a lot!) Is this a warranty issue? Is there any chance of getting replacement idlers? Thank you.
