well, the customer service is existent but probably they have a file with standard expressions they copy paste. Once you pay them, that's it, is a God's will!
Bought an ender-3 S1 Pro. Still working on that trying to get tramming right. Ordered sonic pad and serial cable. Over charged by £7.99. Sonic pad was a returned item to Amazon and parts missing, no cable. There is NO UK staff, all emails go to China, phone number is China, You are dealing with an unaccountable, uninterested, bunch of scammers.
If you get a working printer consider yourself lucky. Otherwise you are on your own. The customer service is non-existent. Got a Creality 3D printer for my son in December 2023. We assembled it and tried - the bed did not heat up. Contacted Creality support. In a week or so they got back to me advising to check a voltage selector! We opened the printer up and found a loose wire. After we attached it the printer started working. I hope it lasts. In short you will be dealing with a zero accountability company.
Total rubbish - don’t be fooled into buying. Broke after about three uses but after care is non existent and warranty not worth anything. Now trying to pursue refund through credit card company instead.
I ordered my printer just before christmas, the shipping date was 30th of December. They still haven't shipped so I cancelled. I would advice everyone to buy using Klarna, that way you are protected. I have decided to pay a bit more and order for one of the european partners instead, that way you are way more protected when it comes to faulty products aswell..
If I could would have given 0. Son switched 3D Printer on, on Christmas Day and it instantly started smoking and blew the electrics. Several pictures later company are trying to say we didn't set the voltage correctly. Pictures show voltage is correct for UK. Printer actually had water in the power supply. Still fighting for a refund but don't feel optimistic. This is a Chinese company. Do not buy from them
I bought a 3D printer for my husband for Christmas, I was reviewing them for months and finally decided on a model. I then seen a newer model but had already placed the order, I contacted their customer service and honestly they were so unhelpful, they wouldn’t allow me to exchange it even though I would be spending an extra €100 for the newer model, their advice “give it to a friend and we will send you a discount for the new purchase”, they have ruined Christmas for me this year and I will never buy anything from this company again!
Purchased an Ender 3 V2 Neo, arrived yesterday, setup, levelled the bed, and first print was fine, second print later in the day is just printing a birds nest of a mess, cannot get hold of them, and chat system only, no telephone support, ridiculous, I should have checked first if they had a support line, made a big mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM CREALITY, If you get an issue nobody to explain it to by telephone
Don’t buy from Creality. Our story is this….. My 12 year old son saved up his own money for a very long time to purchase an Ender 3 3D printer from Creality 2 years ago. Once it arrived it worked perfectly for maybe a month. Then it began failing, we began contacting customer service and trading out parts, first, it was the motherboard, then the screen, and then the hotbed…… We have sent over 100 emails back and forth. They ask us to send videos, then another one, hoping they will do something about it. But haven't and won't! It is a terrible company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered Creality Hyper PLA, tested it, dreadful quality, dreadful result, no faster than basic PLA, I requested a refund, instead they ignored this and sent a second roll. Now sat on two useless rolls of Hyper PLA. They won't supply a return address in the UK, despite buying from what looks like a UK site, and after a week of no movement on PayPal claim, left this right up until the last day to respond, to further spin this claim out longer... I will never buy another roll of anything they sell, it's rubbish quality, and be aware, when you buy this from what you think is a UK seller, they are not, their address is here ( Shenzhen Zhongchuang 3D Technology Co., Ltd. Floor 4, Building 2, Kedar Group Center Building, No. 168 Tongsha Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, C2, 518129) This will cost you £38 to send 1 x roll here, they have warehouses in the UK of course, one in London and one in Leicester, good luck trying to obtain those addresses.. So, they have you over a barrel, nobody in the right mind is going to pay £38 for an item costing £24 My setup is a Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro, Creality Sonic Pad... Never had any issues with eSun or Anycubic... Avoid Hyper PLA in the brand of the very make of the machine they sell, the hardware is great, but their Hyper PLA is possibly the worst filament I have ever used. The customer service lacks the understanding of UK Consumer Rights, so you are banging your head against a wall. They sent me a G-Code file to test the filament, however, I have no idea what that file is, and I 100% won't be messing my fine tuned printer up to test anything. I used the setting recommended by what was on the roll, and this should have been enough to see a fast result, instead of the gloop finish it did.
They say they ship within 2 days but they don't. They just make shipment with the carrier but don't actually ship anything. Company does not reply to questions regarding delivery times
I am 41 years old and I have been using the internet for many years. I have been shopping online since the days when the internet was still virgin. I have never seen such terrible system and process management as this company. I made a mistake and bought a product from them on October 21st. Due to various efforts, they "finally" saw the payment and sent the so-called 3D printer. I have been following the cargo company since November 2nd and there is no movement. When I communicate with Creality, I always hear different excuses and apologies. For example, because it was "worker day" in the first week, they were not available and could not send. When I put a little pressure; "They hope to send it before Tuesday next week and I can receive the 3D printer within the week." It's Wednesday and still no progress. I talk to customer service every day, for example this week they couldn't deal with my order because their "colleagues were on leave". I wanted to cancel my order, "Store Service" would review and approve it and they asked me "what's wrong with the printer?" Like a joke! You didn't send it, it didn't come to me! They couldn't cancel it, the printer had to be sent to me and I wouldn't accept the package. God only knows when they will send it! At least 2 weeks to get to me and back. It will take another month for them to confirm and cancel the package and credit me my money. Customer service is already far from the solution. They just apologize and say they will send an e-mail.
A long time ago, I used to visit computer fairs. These were places where you could buy unbranded P.C. components for a fraction of the price of their branded counterparts. They were so cheap, I wondered how their manufacturers were able to turn a profit. Then someone told me how they did it: These manufacturers never tested their products before they left the factory. This saved them a lot of money, more money than what you might think, so they were able to sell their products at very low prices. I purchased a brand-new, 3D printer from Creality, but it was faulty out of the box. It clearly hadn't been tested properly before leaving their factory. If you read some of the other reviews here, I suspect that the same thing has happened to many of their customers. Creality, it would seem, are using the same strategy. Don't get me wrong, this is a tactic which, on the whole, works. The chances are that if you buy a Creality 3D printer it will work just fine. However, there's a significant chance that it won't, and if this happens to you, this will only be the start of your troubles. Creality have not honoured the terms of their warranty. I gave them a choice of replacing the printer or giving me a refund. That was over a month ago, and my printer is still sitting idle, and there's no sign of a replacement printer winging its way from their warehouse, and my bank balance is still nearly £200.00 lighter, and I have nothing to show for it.
These reviews are completely true the company just wants to rip people off. Don’t buy off them, it’s time we stopped these people
Ordered and never recieved my printer. no email confirmations, endless battle to prove i ordered, luckily i screenshotted everything, no refund given, no correspondence from emails- now in the hands of my bank.
I was a bit sceptical about buying a 3D printer from Creality due to the reviews, but I can say that the printer came with in a week and works like a charm. Note that if your order is delayed, the blame is on the carrier (in my case, DPD).
Printer plate broke twice and they blame me for the issue, all the positive reviews are just influencers being paid.
This company is completely dodgy!… My son ordered a scanner. It was not what was advertised, so we asked for a refund!.. They responded by saying “send us your order number so we can process your refund”…. We sent it through, but they didn’t respond for a while as it was a Chinese holiday!… By the time they got back to us they said they could not process a refund as it was policy not to refund after 14 days!!!… WHAT A JOKE!!!…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!…BUY AUSTRALIAN!
Do not buy directly from this company. Ordered a 3d printer. It arrived faulty. I asked for a return label. Instead of letting me return this item they are sending me out new parts to fix myself
