AVOID!!!!!!!
Printer arrived, set up, started to flash screen, fine, started firmware in motherboard and nothing, display screen static blue, tried multiple solutions recommended by other users and no joy. Contacted Creality as I bought it off the official website. Customer support do not support. Was told tech desk will get back to me in 24-72 hours. A week later I received an email asking for my address (already on their system) to send me replacement part that is not even the issue. They have ignore my request for a refund totally. I replied to the email yesterday requesting another refund and still no reply. Contacted "support" again today about refund. Again I get "I have sent this to our back office". Absolute circus show this company. AVOID!!!!!!!!!
