I would give a zero if that was an option. Their chatbot is useless and delivery riders are completely unreliable. Wish companies offering e-commerce would stop using them as their customers are completely at the mercy of Ninja Van’s poor service. Missed a delivery today as there was a missing address line but no one called to verify despite a number being provided. When I realized and tried to update address on their chat, unable to do so despite being told it is an option. Limited recourse if you’re missing a delivery. Absolutely hate this company for their continual poor service.
