Operations and logistics has gone rapidly down hill buying direct or 3rd parties who rely on GW fulfilling orders to them. It’s been delay after delay after error after another excuse. On top of this they poorly communicate with everyone and never admit to a problem. Something needs to change Games Workshop and they need to be more open when they get things wrong.
