This company is terrible.
I ordered a pair of contacts on September 11th, they got to me at the end of October, I don't mind the long wait, but when I got them, one of the lenses had a tear on them, so I got in contact with their customer service and they told me they are only able to refund me 50% of my purchase, which was $70CAD. They said they would refund me the money with in 3-7 business days. 3 weeks later I checked my paypal and I realized they never refunded me back the money, so I emailed them again asking what happened to my refund, they replied with "sorry our PayPal is frozen we can't refund you the money back on PayPal" I was pretty upset because if I didn't email them back, I would have never got my money. So they told me to make a Skrill account and they would refund it to me on there. So I made an account in beginning of December, and I emailed them again saying I still have not got my refund. They told me that it was "noted" and I'll see my money in 3-7 business days. Which I waited, and they emailed me saying they will put money back into my PayPal, which confused me because they said their PayPal froze and I had to make a Skrill account. So I check today and there was still no money in either of my account. They emailed me back today saying that their PayPal froze AGAIN and they would have to refund me back on my Skrill account. So pretty much, they are completely not honest. Lied to me three times, make me make random accounts to get my refund... AND IM ONLY GOING TO GET 50% of it back. I'm honestly so upset.
