Impressive customer service
I placed an order for 2 medium sized bowls and the low rise multi-bowl stand. It arrived within a few days. As soon as I opened the box, I realized the bowls were too small for my Lab. I contacted customer service for a return label and within a few hours Mike sent me back an email with the free return label. Mike and I discussed via email my getting the next size up. I was hesitant to spend any more money and Mike generously worked with me to facilitate my getting the correct size product. The large size bowls and stand arrived within a week. The size is pefect. The quality of the bowls and stand is excellent and the stand has a nice, clean modern appearance. I would definitely recommend th product and the company.
