Replacement for part that wasn't included
The replacement part that should have been included with the original unit finally showed up in a timely manner. That the part wasn't included [and cost me an additional bit of money!!], delayed the installation by about 3 weeks [until son-in-law has time to do it]. All in all... if it works, then I'll be a happy camper... in the meanwhile, my towels live on an open cabinet door in my shower. Edit: got a lovely note after the original response from I'm sure a lovely person named Lauren [or an AI character posing as Lauren who was programmed with lousy customer service in mind]. FWIW - at this point I would rather chew glass than do business with this company again... which is no big deal, as there are lots of companies that have similar products and don't insult their customer base with nonsensical claims.
