Lenses - Awesome, Prescription - Wrong :(
So, I was recommended this site by a friend who has several different lenses and said he'd never had an issue so I thought I'd give it a try. Waited a month (which is to be expected when product is coming from the other side of the world) to finally receive them! I got very excited, opened them up and...huh, pretty sure that's not the prescription I ordered. After double checking my receipt, I confirmed that I was sent a different right eye prescription than ordered. Now, the pamphlet they sent explained how to return/exchange items but after a month I decided to break the seals and try the contacts to see if they would be something I'd continue to buy. They look great and feel comfortable (ignoring my eyes continuous attempts to adjust to the prescription). As it is my fault (opening the lenses after seeing the wrong prescription label) that I can no longer return the items, I will be trying again and hopefully I can give a better review next time.
