Purchase Himiway D5
Purchase Himiway D5, 2.0 a month ago. Love it. Also own big wheel Cube cycle- hate it. Himiway is much better taking off from traffic lights and managing hills. The lower frame allows me to put both feet on the ground , a necessity when riding such a heavy bike. Dual suspension saves back jolts on bumpy roads. I feel safe riding this bike and just want to go out riding every day. It rides well on roads, gravel paths, Sand, grass and laps up uneven ground. There is a lot of vibration so items carried need to be well secured. Not the best looking of bikes but the ride is so invigorating - who cares . I wish I had found this before I purchased the cube. I was contemplating a mid drive fat type but was persuaded this would be better and so glad I purchased it. I just wish it was fitted with rear mirrors. The indicators on the rear are very small and cars don’t appear to not notice them but the other features are brilliant. It would be lovely if in the uk these cycles were available in cycle hire centres so they could be tried before purchase. I bought mine from a cycle shop based on how it felt to just sit on but ideally I would have appreciated a trial ride to ensure I’d got it right.
