Fantastic so far
Fantastic so far. I ordered the wrong item somehow - but instantly emailed and used live chat to notify the company. Although the order was marked as ‘shipped’ very soon after the order, Carrie from their support team was able to reassure me after about an hour that they are happy to amend the order for me, and they were really friendly. Haven’t received the product yet, but I’m looking forward to it arriving. Will only update this review if there’s any negatives upon arrival- so if this is still up in a few weeks time then assume that all is good!
