I ordered the following product: ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 H++ 12V-2X6 675W 12VHPWR 16 Pin Power Cable It is really unique that they make custom cables for each individual PSU model out there ! Also, the service team immediately provided me with a discount coupon. Can highly recommend.

MODDIY advertises free shipping on the majority of their products but this is not actually the case. Super misleading and support don't seem to care. Be very careful. What is assuming is that the second you post a public review they instantly refunded me the shipping and asked I update my review... While I appreciate the gesture, you still need to fix your website. Until the website correctly states shipping my review stands.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the shipping fee. We've gone ahead and processed your refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else. We're always here to help!

Amazing support experience. I ordered a sheet of PTM for repasting my GPU, decided later I wanted to replace the thermal pads as well. Contacted MODDIY and they instructed me on making a second order, with coupon code, to waive shipping and package them together.

Fantastic so far. I ordered the wrong item somehow - but instantly emailed and used live chat to notify the company. Although the order was marked as ‘shipped’ very soon after the order, Carrie from their support team was able to reassure me after about an hour that they are happy to amend the order for me, and they were really friendly. Haven’t received the product yet, but I’m looking forward to it arriving. Will only update this review if there’s any negatives upon arrival- so if this is still up in a few weeks time then assume that all is good!
