Wamatek…..buyer beware of this company!
Buyer beware as this is not a reputable company! I would leave no stars if it was an option. In March I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro Max from Wamatek and did receive the phone though the camera was not operating properly. I sent back the phone within their 30 day return policy and was promised another phone as soon as the returned one arrived. After several weeks I emailed (no phone number works to reach the company) and inquired about my replacement phone. I was told that they didn’t have a replacement phone and would refund my money instead. Well it is June 30th and still haven’t received my refund and all of my emails now are apparently being ignored. I continue to reach out via email for updates but only hear….crickets! A deep search of the company shows their parent company; Akibaz LLC 9701 Valley View Rd Eden Prairie, MN 55344 Has filed for bankruptcy on May 19, 2026 according to public records. So here I am still waiting for some sort of correspondence from a company that has my money and is holding it hostage. Don’t fall for the prices it isn’t worth the headaches!

I order two iPhones from these guys in January and one of the phone was fraudulent I mean first suspicion was that they sent me the wrong color next a month after using the phone my data turn off and I only could see satellite symbol coming up, so I call my carrier and they ask me for the ime and told me the phone was reported stolen... I call them back return the phone and everything and my bank refunded me.. but this morning I noticed my bank withdraw the money back saying that I was liable.. that's not true I'm taking y'all to court wamatek for $396.43.. ever since the incident happened I couldn't reach them by phone I only could email them... I got the receipt they sent me that they refunded me my money and one of the receipts was fraudulent I already reported them to the Minnesota attorneys office I'm definitely taking them to court so that they can't do this to nobody else.. they thieves and scammers please don't buy from this company

What a nightmare.
READ THIS IF YOURE NERVOUS ABOUT BUYING FROM WAMATEK In all honesty, I have had such a bad interaction with this company that I am considering creating a redit account just to warn people. It’s THAT bad. I bought a graphics card about 2 months ago, and then they informed me that they were back ordered for about 2 and a half weeks. Obviously, I wasn’t a huge fan of that, so I decided to reach out to customer service and try to get a refund before it shipped so I didn’t have to pay anything and could get refunded the full amount. Anyway, they took an insanely long time to return the funds, infact, they still haven’t. I disputed the charge with my bank because 835 euro (roughly $1000) is quite a bit of money to be down. This all was resolved in the middle of April, and I thought it was behind me. WELL I was SO WRONG… I just got charged again, a second charge on my card of 815 Euro. This just doesn’t make any sense now. I have a refund that never came through, a bank dispute working overtime, and now, a negative account balance. Wamatek went from a questionable 3rd party seller, to a downright dirty money hungry organization, who doesn’t care about their customers. I’ve never had such a poor experience in my life. Yeah this is a lot of writing, but there’s also a whole lot of wrong doing, and not very much willingness to help from Wamatek. At this point I’m worried I’ll have to lawyer up. If you’re considering buying from Wamatek, DONT. They offer more product than what they have readily available, their customer service won’t help you, and they will take your money without giving you anything in return, sounds crazy, but that’s how they roll I guess.

I bought a graphics card on Jan 22, 2026 - Order #7976 and they have not shipped it or reached out at all and it is now May! I have tried contacting them by Whatsapp, Phone and Email and have not been able to contact a human or get a response from anyone. They are just holding my money hostage.

Locked Macbook
I bought a refurbished MacBook Air (2017) and received it with a password login. This company was my seller through Reebelo. I only purchased from this website Reebelo because the delivery date coincided with my exam date. Unfortunately, my exam is this coming Thursday, and I received the laptop today, Wednesday. I’m very disappointed that I had to deal with this issue after purchasing the laptop. I’m in a bind because I don’t have a laptop to use for my exam. I received an email informing me that I’ve opened a return request, which I’ve never done with Reebelo. “If you can cancel the request, we may provide the password to unlock the device as the account was left on during testing of the device.” This is absolutely unacceptable. After replying to their email, I’ve waited hours for a password for my laptop, but I’ve never received one. I’ll never do this again! Reebelo and this company are completely useless. I waited an entire week for a laptop that I can’t even use. If you’re considering buying from here, be prepared to take a huge risk.
