Don’t Believe Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time frame was way longer than promised. No ability to cancel my order for the delay. Customer service non responsive. Never ordering again and unsubscribing from all their spam emails

🚨 WARNING ABOUT WAMATEK 🚨 I’m sharing this so others don’t go through what I did. I ordered from Wamatek and never received my item. They kept promising a refund over and over, but I never got my money back. ❌ No item delivered ❌ Repeated promises of a refund ❌ No actual refund given ❌ Poor communication and no accountability This has been extremely frustrating, and I don’t want anyone else to lose their money. Please be very careful and think twice before buying from them. If anyone else has had this experience, please share — we need to spread awareness and protect others. 🙏 ⚠️ Save yourself the trouble and avoid Wamatek.

Shipping took forever

The ability to spin the plug sockets is fantastic. I get so frustrated with regular surge protector units because a larger or weird shaped plug will take up 2-3 sockets. I took advantage of Wamatek discount and ordered multiple units.
