A perfect for me and for my laptop
I needed to add a solid state drive to my laptop to improve performance. I searched far and wide to find the one that would fit before I happened on New Town Spares. They had exactly what I needed and at a fair price too. I got the part quickly. It was packaged well too. I was able to install it in my laptop and it provided the benefit I expected. I didn't have any problem at all but I am sure that New Town Spares would have supported me if I had. They followed up after I received the part to make sure I was pleased. I got texts and email from a real person rather than from a computer. I would buy from them again and next time, I would save myself a lot of searching by going to them first.
Price fit my budget
I google searched for a specific toner…
I google searched for a specific toner cartridge. New Town Spares showed to have that toner. They notified me that they were out of the name brand toner and would I accept a generic toner. I agreed because the name brand toner was no longer available anywhere. They sent me 2 toners for the same price of the one name brand toner. So far, both toners work just fine. I'm happy now. Thank you.
Great Chat Service.

They were quick and communicated well throught the whole process. Item arrived and was as described. Works great!
good chat feature, too many emails
I used the chat feature on their website and it didn't feel like an AI ! I was able to ask questions and confirm details about the item I wanted. When I ordered online, it shipped quickly. The company's customer service clearly is working to make sure clients are satisfied, which is refreshing, but I would actually say they sent too many update/check-in emails.
Kevin Malick is the guy!
Kevin Malick was very helpful, going out of his way to get me options and solutions even though my deadlines and requirements were very hard to meet. Absolute rockstar!

He is the reason I will continue to choose New Town Spares for all my future needs. The entire process was smooth, and their prompt communication made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
