U guys were good. U did the best with an isolated product that is becoming extinct. U understood the issue and responsibly refunded when the product failed. 'New Town' has been saved on my system as a 'go to' when alternative tech products are needed. Mike & Kevin ... a thumbs' up.
Great transparency and communication on and SSD purchase
Ordered an SSD that did not show as re-furbished on the web page. Before shipping, the Newtown team emailed me to say the drive was refurbished, and offered a new alternative if the refurbished drive was not acceptable. I asked them if the refurbished drive had any SMART test results to show its condition. They provided a clean set of results and a 90 day warrantee in case the drive failed. Drive arrived ahead of schedule, I ran a set of diagnostic tests which all passed, and have been using the drive ever since. Great transparency and communication from the team.

Ryan and Ethan were very communicative, ensuring that what I was ordering (as I am not a techy) was exactly what I needed. They confirmed the harddrive was compatible with the one that died, and sent it for on-time delivery. Just had it installed with a basic operating system, and now with Microsoft 365 Family, am downloading all the apps I need. Very happy for my first-time computer part ordering.
