Rather than shipping my order with a possibility it would be incorrect, I received a follow-up email after my order asking me to call and verify the model of my unit. My vitrofrigo connectors arrived 3 days later. Brazed them on today and I am back to having a working freezer on the boat.

I was looking for 2 fridge seals for my 2000 Beneteau oceanis 40’ Center Cockpit. I could not find them or source them from the Beneteau USA. I did more research and found them available from Buy Boat Fridges. They sourced them and ordered them for me. They are coming from Europe. They will be arriving at my hose tomorrow. Well worth the wait. !!! I tried buying seals and cutting them and making them myself .. they worked for a short time … Thank You for the Great customer service !! You may have to wait for a little while to receive them. But you only have to do it once🎉🎉. Best Regards David

I was actually able to speak to a “real”person and she was so helpful!! I had a couple of questions that I couldn’t to find the answer online. She was able to find the answers I needed, we placed our order and then received our new refrigerator on the way exact day it was promised!!! So far, our boat refrigerator is great!!!

A year after purchase the Vitrifrigo…
A year after purchase the Vitrifrigo fridge had an issue. Buy Boat Fridges had a tech online quickly troubleshooting at 4am. We quickly found the issue and the tech submitted the warranty replacement part the next business day which was shipped promptly. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful.

What an outstanding experience
Truly a pleasure to deal with. I called in to verify the refrigerator I needed was in stock. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and patient and had me triple check some measurements even though I was replacing the exact same model, he knew that some dimensions had changed slightly over the years. We then discussed shipping and he got me a quote quickly. It actually arrived 3 days before it was expected! I would not hesitate to give buyboatfridges.com my business. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Do not hesitate to buy from them!
