Paid 30% more than if I bought direct (which I thought I was doing). Zero added value I notice their reply re customer service . This was of zero value to me - one simple booking . Naively I thought this was the local rail provider in Italy . I paid >30% for no added value . They pay Google to be top of search and many people naively do what I do . Misrepresentation.
